Returns / Replacement

Can I return / replace my Joon?

  • We offer free replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. This includes defects in the movement, and battery as well as any cosmetic blemishes. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery in case of any damages. After 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to process any replacements.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for any defect-free watches, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colors or materials.

How can I request a replacement for my Joon?

  • To initiate a replacement, please report the issue to us by sending an email to support@joonlifestyle.com. Please attach images and video proof of the defect as well as mention your order ID. 
  • Once we receive your email, our customer service team will be in touch with you regarding next steps within 24 - 48 hours. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. 
  • Please ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging and includes all items shipped in our package. Items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and replacement shall be issued post inspection by us. In a case where no defect is found, to and from courier charges shall be liable to be paid by the customer for sending replacement. 


Warranty

Does my Joon come with any warranty?

  • All watches come with a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers the watch movement, battery, and manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover the following -
    • Normal or excessive wear and tear, damage caused by mishandling including damage to the glass / straps / watch case / bracelet.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. You can claim warranty by simply contacting us at support@joonlifestyle.com. Once we receive your email, our customer service team will be in touch with you within 24 - 48 hours for next steps.
