When will my Joon be shipped?

• After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. Shipping is currently free on all orders!
• In the case of customized orders, please note that it will take an additional 1-2 days to prepare the watch for dispatch.
• Once the watch has been shipped, we expect it to be delivered between 3-5 business days.

Note - While we do our best to meet our delivery dates, please know that this is an estimate and we do not guarantee delivery by the estimated date since we work with external shipping partners. However, we strive to meet our promises and work with our delivery partners to provide an accurate estimation.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Typically, deliveries can be anticipated within a favorable time frame of 3-5 days. Our esteemed partnerships with top-notch delivery providers guarantee timely product arrivals, allowing our customers to vibe at the earliest.

Are there any shipping charges?

• No way! We do not charge any additional shipping charges. You cannot charge for shipping a vibe! ;)
