What will the warranty cover?

Your Joon watch is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you notice any mechanical defects during this time, Joon will repair or replace your watch at their discretion.

What is not covered in the warranty?

This warranty does not cover watch bands, crystals, or damage caused by accidents, improper use or handling, lack of care, improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factors other than a defect in the watch's parts or workmanship. Water penetration is also not covered unless the watch is marked as water-resistant.

Any damage resulting from repair, service, or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Joon retailer or service provider voids the warranty.

How can I claim my warranty?

You can claim warranty by simply contacting us at support@joonlifestyle.com. Once we receive your email, our customer service team will be in touch with you within 24 - 48 hours for next steps.

Please include the warranty card and the proof of purchase when you mail or present your watch for repair or replacement.

When mailing your watch for repair or replacement, package it carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Do not include any special watch bands or personal items, as they cannot be guaranteed for return.

If the warranty does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of the repair or replacement. If the battery is depleted during repair or replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.
